Need something for breakfast or just a sweet little snack try these yummy for my tummy cherry muffins.
First throw a couple cups of flour in a bowl. Then add 1/4 cup of sugar. Then add a small jar of maraschino cherries minus the juice(save that for later), a teaspoon of baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Mix it up.
Now add 3/4 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of vegetable oil, 3 tablespoons of the cherry juice, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 beaten egg. And mix it all together.
Distribute the batter evenly in muffin pans. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
And you'll have one yummy for my tummy cherry muffin to eat.
