Italian Beef Stew

Soon fall will be here and we’ll all be looking for foods that will keep us warm. So try a little twist on the traditional beef stew
Here’s what you’ll need to make something warm and tasty to eat.
Heat ¼ cup of olive oil in a skillet. Add ¼ cup prosciutto, ham, or bacon it’s your choice. Add 1 large chopped onion. And 1 clove of minced garlic, and a ¼ cup flat Italian parsley, and some black pepper. Saute all of this for a couple of minutes.

Now add the beef and cook for 10 minutes. Then add 1 pound of frozen peas, and a 1 ½ cups of artichokes. And then a ½ cup of water. Cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
