Hawaiian Pulled Pork Sliders

Sliders are one of the greatest culinary inventions in my opinion.  Little bite size sandwiches that are perfect for a small meal. So here’s a simple recipe for Hawaiian pulled pork that tastes great on a slider bun.

Superbowl Sandwiches

1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup soy sauce
¾ cup brown sugar
2 sliced jalapeno peppers
1 clove minced garlic
1 tablespoon Worchester sauce
1 pound pork loin

Cut the pork loin into cube sized pieces, and brown. While the meat is browning mix the first 6 ingredients in a bowl. When the meat is finished browning put it in a crock pot, sauce mixture and cook until the meat is tender and pulls apart. Then place the pulled pork on a slider bun and enjoy!

  2. Hi from the P&P collective! I love sliders too! And if you eat three of them, it's all cool! Right?
