Cucumber and Salmon Finger Sandwiches

Finger Sandwiches are the best for those holiday celebrations, and while the Christmas parties that require finger foods are almost over, the next big celebration will be here before you know it, and you’ll need some sort of food for that New Year’s Eve party you’ll be throwing. Cucumber and Salmon Finger Sandwiches are the perfect light sandwich that will please your crowd.

Here is what you need.

A loaf of cocktail bread
Thinly Sliced Cucumbers
Thinly Sliced Smoked Salmon
Freshly Chopped Dill
Softened cream cheese
Now the work begins.
Set your cream cheese out to soften.
Slice your cucumbers into thin slices.
Slice your salmon into thin 2 inches slices.
Chop up that dill, you’ll need about ¾ of a cup.
Mix the cream cheese and dill together.

Spread the cream cheese blend over a slice of cocktail bread, add a cucumber slice, then add a slice of salmon, and finally top it off with another bread square. Repeat the process and soon you will have a plate full of yummy Cucumber Salmon finger sandwiches.
