Want to be strong to the finish just like Popeye? Then here’s a simple healthy spinach spread that is less than boring.
Thaw out a 10 oz. package of chopped frozen spinach. Squeeze the spinach to get rid of excess liquid. Mix 2 tablespoons of minced green onions, ¼ cup of yogurt, ½ teaspoon of lemon juice, ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, ½ teaspoon horseradish, and 4 drops of hot pepper sauce. Mix well and refrigerate. Then after a few hours you have a tasty snack to go along with crackers.
