Steak Stew

It’s still cold out, and a little comfort food is in order for cold weather. Steak Stew is perfect to fill you up, and it of course tastes great.

Here’s what you need

1 lb flank steak sliced into bite sizes
1 cup of carrots
4 stalks of salary chopped
I large sweet potato chopped
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 chopped green pepper
1 can of beef broth
1 cup of Worcestershire sauce

Place the Worcestershire sauce and the steak in the bottom of a pot and brown the steak.  Then add the remaining ingredients. Bring the items to a boil. Then reduce to a simmer and cover. Allow it to simmer for an hour.
