Avocado Stuffed Tomatoes

Fresh tomatoes will soon be available, and we all love avocado added to pretty much anything. It just makes things taste great. So here’s a simple recipe that combines some really tasty and healthy foods together. It’s easy to fix, and it tastes great.

Here’s what you need

2 to 4 medium sized tomatoes
1 large avocado
1 small can of green chili peppers
1 green onion
2 cloves garlic
Salt
Bacon bits

Here’s what you need to do


First, cut the top off of your tomato, and spoon out the inside. Sprinkle the inside with a pinch of salt. Mash up the avocado in a bowl. Then add the pulp from the inside of your tomatoes, the chili peppers, a chopped green onion, and the garlic. Mix the items together. Then stuff the mixture back into the tomato. Sprinkle the top of the stuffed tomato with bacon bits. Then you’re ready to serve it.
