DIY St. Patrick's Day Decor

So we all want to add a little something festive to our homes for St. Patrick's Day. But what if you are financially strapped? I mean like you don't have the money to spend on all of the leprechauns and banners that have Erin Go Bragh printed on them. Then this simple DIY St. Patrick's Day D├ęcor is for you. It easy for kids and the craft challenged too.

Here's What You Need

Wooden Spoon (I bought my at a thrift store)
Green and White Paint
A Jar
Green Ribbon
Sandpaper
Pencil
Modge Podge

Here's What You Do

Sand off any rough edges on your wooden spoon. Now draw a couple of three lines on the handle of the spoon. And next paint the bottom section of the handle green, and then white alternating the colors.

Next in the center of the spoon paint a four leaf clover. Once it's all dry coat it modge podge to seal it. Now find that jar. Put the spoon in the jar and then tie some green ribbon around the jar.

That's all you have to do in order to have a super simple decoration for St. Patrick's Day.

Let me know if you'll be making anything special for the day when everyone wears green.
