Ginger Coconut Milk

We are all looking for healthy things to add to our diet. And well of course we all want it to taste good too. Ginger coconut milk is a great addition that tastes great and it's so easy.

 

Here's What You Need

1 cup of coconut milk
1 Tablespoon Tumeric
1 Tablespoon Ginger
2 Tablespoons Honey
 
Now heat the milk in a pan. Add the other three ingredients and stir until it is at the desired warmth. And then enjoy!
 
Did you know that turmeric is believed to slow the effects of Alzheimer's? And that ginger can assist with relieving inflammation. And since coconut milk is high in fiber it is great if you are trying to loose weight. And honey is believed to assist with reducing the effects of allergies. So all in all this is one super healthy drink.
