What You'll Need
3 cups of Spinach
2 cups of Zucchini slices
3 sliced Scallions
1 cup of Cherry Tomatoes halved
3 cloves of garlic chopped
2 cups chopped broccoli
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tablespoon sea salt
Ground Pepper to taste
What to Do
Heat your oil in a skillet. Add your garlic and scallions and saute them. Then add your spinach until it's a little wilty. Then the broccoli, zucchini, and finally the cherry tomatoes. Then serve you side dish with your meal.
