Here's What You Need1 cup of chia seeds
3 Tbsp water
2 cups of blueberries
1 Tbsp lemon juice
4 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp vanilla
Here's What You DoCombine the chia seeds and water and let them soak.
Next mash up the blueberries in a pan with a large spoon. Add the lemon juice and honey and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes or so.
Now stir in the vanilla.
Next you can serve it with almond butter on toast.
