Easy Blueberry Chia Spread

So we all know that blueberries are wonderful, and chia seeds are super healthy. So when you combine the two of them you get an easy blueberry chia spread.




Here's What You Need

1 cup of chia seeds
3 Tbsp water
2 cups of blueberries
1 Tbsp lemon juice
4 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp vanilla

Here's What You Do

Combine the chia seeds and water and let them soak.

Next mash up the blueberries in a pan with a large spoon. Add the lemon juice and honey and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes or so.

Now stir in the vanilla.

Next you can serve it with almond butter on toast.
