Healthy Summer Smoothie

So this time of year there are loads of vegetables and fruits available. What do you do with all of them is the question? Yes, you can roast them, fry them, but why not make a smoothie? They are so easy to make and well they are so healthy.

Here's What You Need

4 Collard Green Leaves
1 cup Coconut Water
1 cup of ice
1 cup of Pineapple
1 Tablespoon Coconut
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 Orange
 

Here's What You Do

Cut out the spine of the collard greens. Now add all of the ingredients to a blender. And push the smoothie button. Pour it in a mug and you have one tasty and nutritious snack.

Collard Greens are extremely high in Vitamin A which is essential to good eye health.
