2 cans of beef stock
Dash of rice vinegar
2 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon coriander
2 Tablespoons fresh mint
2 Tablespoons chopped chili pepper
3 green onions
2 hardboiled eggs
2 cups of cubed beef
Here's What You Do
1, Brown your beef. Set the beef aside.
2. Next cook your noodles so that you have 2 cups of cooked noodles.
3. Heat your beef stock, add rice vinegar, honey coriander, fresh mint chili pepper, and green onions.
4. Once these are warm add your beef and noodles. Stir all of the items.
5. Now place the soup in a bowl. Take a hard boiled egg and cut it in half. Add it to the top of the soup.
