Chicken With Orange Pumpkin Sauce

It's officially fall, and yes everything is coming up pumpkins. There is pumpkin latte. There is pumpkin pie. And yes now there is chicken with orange pumpkin sauce. This is so easy to make. And it brings out the great tastes of fall.

Here's What You Need

1 pound chicken thighs
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon allspice
1 Tablespoon olive oil

Here's What You Do

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat your baking dish with a light covering of oil. Place the chicken in the dish. Now mix the pumpkin, orange juice, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice. And then spread the mixture on top of the chicken. Bake the chicken for 35 minutes. And now you have a tasty fall pumpkin flavored main dish for your meal.
