Pumpkin Pie Yogurt Parfait

Pumpkin Pie is one of the wonderful things about fall. And let's admit it most of us have had a piece of pumpkin pie for breakfast around the holidays. Well, it is possible to have that great pumpkin pie taste for breakfast and still eat healthy. You can make a pumpkin pie yogurt parfait.

Here's What You Need

A glass container
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup granola
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Here's What You Do

Mix together the pumpkin, brown sugar honey, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Now put a layer of pumpkin on the bottom of your container, next add some yogurt, and then a layer of granola, followed by more yogurt. And place the remaining pumpkin on that layer and use the remaining granola.
