Avocado Mint and Feta Cheese Spread

The holiday season will soon be in full swing. And well we all will need to take things to either Thanksgiving dinner or to one of those many holiday parties we will be invited to. Everybody will be bringing cookies and desert, but you want to bring something a little different. And God forbid you want to bring something a little healthy to eat. Here's a simple answer avocado mint and feta cheese spread.

Here's What You Need

1 avocado
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup fresh chopped mint
1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
Slices of toasted bread
Juice of half a lemon

Here's What You Do

Peel and pit the avocado. Now mash the avocado up.Next add the cheese mint cream cheese and salt. Mix that all up. Take the lemon juice and put it over the mixture and mix it up a little more. You can do all of this while your bread is toasting. Once the bread is toasted you can begin spreading.

Did You Know?

Mint can inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria in the mouth. So if you have an extra mint leaf when you are cooking, it isn't a bad thing to just rub it over your gums. It not only freshens breath, but it can help keep your mouth healthy.
