Black Bean and Sweet Potato Wrap

It's always great to find an easy healthy meal especially when you weren't planning on putting that together. So I foraged the fridge and this is what I put together.

Easy Wraps

Here's What You Need

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 sweet potato cut into cubes
1 can black beans
avocado slices
tortilla wraps

Here's What You Do

Boil your sweet potatoes for about ten minutes. Enough time to soften them up, but don't let them get mushy. Next heat your oil in a skillet. Add the potatoes and the spices. Fry for about 10 minutes once again don't let the potatoes get mushy. Remove the potatoes and warm the beans. Now layer the beans, potatoes, avocado, and cheese in your tortilla.
