Blueberry Banana Sandwich Spread

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But it's often the meal that we want to put the least amount of effort into. I mean seriously who wants to get up first thing in the morning and cook a big meal? I don't. But you can make a healthy and tasty breakfast with a lot of things that are already in your kitchen. And the great thing about this spread is it takes less than five minutes to prepare.

Here's What You Need

1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 ripe smashed banana
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1 bagel
peanut butter

Here's What You Do

Mash the banana up with a fork in a bowl. Next add your blueberries and mash them a little. Add your honey and yogurt. And mix this all together. Spread the peanut butter and the blueberry banana spread over your bagel. This should be served fresh. It's easy so you can prepare it in the morning before you go out the door.
