Here's What You Need
4 Fresh Whole Red Peppers
1 lb chicken Italian Sausage
1 cup cooked orzo
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley
1 clove minced garlic
1 Tablespoon olive oil

Here's What You Do
Cut out the top of your peppers and deseed them. Set them aside. Saute your garlic in the olive oil. Next add your sausage to cook. Then add your tomatoes an parsley. Cook them for about 15 minutes. Add in your orzo an your cheese and mix all of it well. Now take the mixture and stuff your peppers. Bake your peppers for 20 to 30 minutes. Add then sprinkle them with a little of the cheese.
