Smoked Salmon & Cucumber Canapes

If your looking for a light, healthy and great looking party snack. This is for you. It packed full of protein and vitamin D. And the bonus is it's super easy to make.

Here's What You Need

1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 Tbs. chopped fresh dill
1 Tbs.lemon zest
8 oz smoked salmon thinly sliced
Tiny sprigs of dill
1 large cucumber

Here's What You Do

Stir together the yogurt, dill, and lemon zest. Chill for an hour so that the flavors have time to blend and it firms a little. Slice the cucumbers into quarter inch rounds. Cut salmon into 2 inch pieces. Place a spoonful of yogurt mixture onto each slice cucumber. Top each piece with a piece of salmon and then a dill sprig.
