Strawberry Ginger Parfait

Strawberries will be everywhere soon. And well who doesn't love these yummy little berries? So here' a simple way that you can have the fruit as part of breakfast or a snack. And this is packed full of calcium and vitamin D.
Healthy Snacks

Here's What You Need

1 cup of Greek yogurt
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2  cup creme cheese
1 Tablespoon ground ginger
1 Tablespoon ginger powder
1 pound fresh strawberries cut up

Here's What You Do

Place the first five ingredients in a blender and blend until it's smooth. Pour it into a bowl and add the cut up strawberries. Mix it all together and serve it in a glass or bow. It tastes delightful.
