Three Greens Pork Chops

Everybody is always looking for a simple meal to prepare that is healthy. They don't get much easier than this one.


Here's What You Need

6 large pork chops
1 minced clove garlic
1 bay leaf
1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup fresh kale
1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup fresh dandelion greens
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil

Here's What You Do

Place your oil in the pan and heat it. Season your pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown them in the oil. After the chops are browned add the garlic, bay leaf and water. Cook over a medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes. Next add your vinegar and your greens. Cook until the meat is done, and the vegetables are done. It's just that easy.
