Avocado Deviled Eggs

Those summer time picnics are coming up. And well deviled eggs are always on the menu. But sometimes that mayonnaise can cause a few problems in the heat. There's a simple way to solve that problem. Use avocado instead of mayonnaise. It's creamy, it's healthy and it doesn't go bad. And since my friends gave me some eggs this last week (you can read more about it in Monday Motivators)

Here's What You Need

6 Boiled Eggs peeled
1 large avocao peeled and pitted
2 Tbsp minced parsley plus leaves to garnish
1/2 c chopped green onions
1 garlic clove minced
Sea salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Here's What You Do

Cut you eggs in half. Put the egg yolks in a mixing bowl. Add the avocado, onion, salt and pepper to taste. Mash it all up with a fork. And then mix it together with a spoon. Next spoon it into the egg halves. Garnish it with some red pepper flakes and parsley.
