Lavender Milk Bath

Lavender is well know for its ability to help you relax. In fact it can be helpful for individuals with sleep issues. And it is also a great simple remedy for tired and sore muscles. And let's face it lavender just smells wonderful. So it is perfect for a relaxing bath. Here's a simple do it yourself lavender milk bath recipe that will help you relax after a long hard day at work.

Here's What You Need

1/2 cup Epsom Salt
1/2 cup powdered milk
19 drops of lavender essential oil
2 Tablespoons dried lavender buds
2 drops unscented rosehip oil

Here's What You Do

Mix all these items together in a bowl.

How Do You Use It

Add the entire mixture under warm running water. Then jump in the tub for 20 to 30 minutes. It's sure to help you relax. And the combination of the epsom salts and lavender are great for soar muscles.
