Homemade Lemon Orangeade Popsicles

The forecast this weekend is hot. I mean like it is going to be in the 90's. So I thought this would be a great day to share a recipe for a healthy and easy lemon orangeade popsicle. Trust me these taste great!

Here's What You Need

4 fresh oranges peeled
2 fresh lemons peeled
1/2 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2-4 Tablespoons butter rum flavor concentrate
1 packet fruit pectin

Here's What You Do

Place the oranges and lemons in a blender and liquefy them. Next put them in a pan on the stove. Add the honey ginger and cayenne pepper. Bring them to a quick boil. Take it off of the stove add the butter rum concentrate and the pectin. Mix it all together. Allow it to cool in the fridge. After an hour pour the juice into an ice cube tray or mold. Once they are frozen you can pull them out and have a fabulous healthy and cool snack.
