Paper Doll In a Crocheted Dress

If you are like me you are always looking for some simple inexpensive gift that you can give to those individuals you care about. And well after a while it can be a challenge. But this paper doll in a crocheted dress is so easy and so inexpensive you won't believe it. And it's perfect for all of those friends or family members who love those girly gifts.

Here's What You Need

Cardboard
a paperdoll or a copy of a picture of a paperdoll
modge podge
a straight pen
x-acto knife
and a crocheted doily

Here's What You Do

Glue that paper doll picture onto a piece of cardboard. Then take that x-acto knife and cut her out. This may take some patience. Cut out some pieces of cardboard to make a stand. Once she is cut out take your doily and wrap it around the paper doll. Use your straight pin to hold it in place. You'll want to punch it into the cardboard so the dress doesn't fall down while she is standing up.

  2. What a lovely idea for a simple homemade present to give to loved ones, it'd be fab to have lots of different dresses they could change them in too.
