Seafood Saute With Garlic Couscous

This recipe is for all those seafood lovers out there. It's simple, healthy and of course it tastes great.

Here's What You Need

1 lb codfish cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb bay scallops
1/2 cup chopped chives
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup green onions chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
hot sauce
1 box of couscous

Here's What You Do

In a large bowl combine the first six ingredients. Add the salt and pepper to the combination. Mix the ingredients together. Next heat your oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mixture and cook until thee fish is cooked through. Sprinkle with hot sauce to taste. Next prepare your couscous according to the instructions on the box. Serve the fish mixture over the couscous.
