Apple Cider Vinegar Relaxing Bath Rinse

Ah, a relaxing bath can do wonders for the soul. Just the chance to sit back and know that the troubles of the day are being washed away. Apple Cider Vinegar is a great cleanser. It washes away soap scum and it is a natural way to wash away some bacteria. This is super simple to make and you have most of the items around the house already.

Here's What You Need

1 cup of water
1 cup of apple cider vinegar
2 sprigs of fresh mint
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons fennel seeds
5 drops of peppermint essential oil

Here's What You Do

Heat your water and vinegar. As soon as it comes to a boil add the mint, rosemary and fennel seeds. Turn down your heat to low and allow them to cook for about 5 minutes. Allow it to cool. Once it is cooled strain out the solids. Pour it into a bottle and add your essential oil. Store it in a cool dark area. Add about a cup to your bathwater.
