Super Easy Granola Bark

Most of us love chocolate. And it can be a fairly healthy sweet snack. Provided you add some healthy ingredients. This granola bark is super easy to make, and it is full of some healthy items that taste great.

Here's What You Need

12 oz. dark chocolate
1 Tablespoon honey
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
2 cups granola

Here's What You Do

Place the first three items in a glass bowl. Heat two inches in a saucepan to a simmer. Place the bowl over the pan and mix them with a spatula until it is melted. Add the remaining ingredients and mix them well. Next spread the mixture on a cooking sheet covered in parchment paper. Allow it to cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate the mixture for about two to three hours. Pull it out of the fridge and break it into pieces.

Chocolate Trivia

Dark chocolate eaten alone can be a powerful antioxidant. Mixing it with milk may reduce the ability of the antioxidants to be absorbed by your body.
