Three Great Everyday Uses For Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is inexpensive, and it has been around for ages. And it is easy to find. You can pick it up at any grocery store. And there are some really great ways that you can put it to use in your household. And a lot of these ways don't include cooking.

Ant Invasions

Most people don't realize it, but apple cider vinegar can rid you of the invaders. All you have to do is spray the vinegar along the path the ants take. It covers up the ants pheromone tracks so the ants can't find their way back to your home.

Swimmer's Ear

Vinegar is acidic which helps kill the bacteria of swimmers ear and clear the infection. All you have to do is lie on your side and place a few drops of vinegar in the ear. After a few minutes get up and let the vinegar drain out. Keep in mind this will help. If the infection doesn't heal soon you should go see a doctor.

Acid Reflux

Acid reflux is actually caused by too little acid in the stomach. A teaspoon of apple cider in a glass of water each morning can help solve this problem. Personally, I'd add a little honey too just because it will sweeten the mixture. But the mixture should help balance out your stomachs acid reducing your acid reflux. It's a first step. Like the swimmer's ear, if it doesn't work make sure you see a doctor about it.
