An Afternoon Walk

Per the doctor's instructions and my goals for the month I have been trying to exercise more. This afternoon I decided to go for a walk at one of the nature preserves in the area. Here are a few of the things I saw on that afternoon walk.

  1. That second picture...Id like to get lost in that forest. Show more of your adventure pics in the future!
    Since I've been at the nanny job again, I've experienced the lake life, and the library for the first time in years. Also an amazing neighborhood with kind people. Not used to that.

  2. One of the best ways for me to de-stress is to take a walk in our nearby woods. It's great exercise and the fresh air rejuvinates my spirit. I've found this really important after the birth of my little girl, especially after a night of not-too-much-sleep hehe.
    I really like your pictures of the nature - not sure what the last one is tho?? :)
