Brown Rice Artichoke and Salmon Salad

Recently, I've been talking a lot about herbs. How to grow them, and how to cook with them. Now, it's time for a simple, but tasty recipe with some of those herbs.

Here's What You Need

2 cups cooked brown rice
1 cup black olives
1 cup artichokes
4 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon
2/3 cup olive oil
4 cloves peeled garlic
1/4 cup fresh chopped chives
1/4 cup fresh chopped oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 can chunked salmon

Here's What You Do

Combine the rice, artichokes, and olives in a bowl. Set them aside. Next mix the lemon juice and olive oil together. Press in the garlic and mix thoroughly. Next add the oregano and chives. Now toss the salmon and olive oil mixture into the bowl.
