Asparagus with Soy-Ginger Dipping Sauce

You want a healthy appetizer for this July the fourth. There will be burgers, there will be deserts, but do you really need the same old veggie tray. Asparagus can be a change to the celebrations. Here's a fabulous appetizer to feed your family this fourth.

Here's What You Need

Grilled or steamed asparagus spears
1/2 cup of yogurt
1 teaspoon of fresh chopped chives
2 teaspoons of fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons grated and peeled fresh ginger

Mix the last five ingredients in a bowl. And place it in a serving dish as your dip for the asparagus.
