Smoky Remoulade Sauce

Once again it's time to get cooking. And I wanted something that could go well with seafood. And a Remoulade is great with fish and shrimp. So I decided to whip up a smoky remoulade sauce.

Here's What You Need

3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
1 1/2 Creole mustard
1 tablespoon minced drained and rinsed capers
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Here's What You Do

Place all of the items in a bowl and whisk together.

Like I said earlier this goes great with seafood. It can be used for a dip for shrimp at a super bowl party. Or I used it in a seafood salad that I made. It tasted great!
