I like soups. They always make me feel full and I always feel like I have eaten something healthy if it is homemade. So I made some Sweet Potato Split Pea Soup. This is a thick soup that fills you up.
1 sweet potato
1 white potato
1 bag of split peas rinsed
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped carrots
1 plantain
2 cups chicken stock
1 can coconut milk
Here’s What You Do
Place all of your ingredients in a crockpot. Cook it on a low setting for 4 hours. Then serve it up.
