How To Ruin A Diet

Have you ever really tried to change your eating habits? I mean the doctor is always saying you need to eat healthy and exercise. Sometimes it seems like a waste of time to go to the doctor because they just repeat themselves over and over. They are kind of like a broken record if you want to know the truth. But after a visit to the doctor, I decided I need to do at least some of what he says.

I begin eating healthier. I am eating salads and cutting back on the fatty foods. I am proud of myself. I am doing so well. Then I go out to eat with a friend. I plan on staying away from fried food. Then my friend  says the thing that is a sure fire way to ruin a diet.
