Italian Grinders

After a hard day of Christmas shopping you might be looking for an easy meal to prepare so Italian Grinders might be the perfect meal. They are fast and easy to fix, and they taste so yummy!

So here’s what you need.

A loaf of Italian Bread
Sliced Black Forest Ham
Sliced Pepperoni
Provolone Cheese
½  onion sliced thinly
½ a green pepper sliced thinly
½ cup of mushrooms chopped
Italian Dressing
1 tablespoon butter

First saute your onions, peppers, and mushroom in the butter. Cute the loaf of Italian Bread into six inch sections. Cut the bread in half. Now spread Italian Dressing on both sides of the bread you have cut in half. Next place two slices of provolone cheese on top of the bread with Italian Dressing, next place two to four slices of black forest ham on the bottom half of the sandwich followed by two to four slices of pepperoni to the sandwich. Then pile on the saut├ęd vegetables. Now put your sandwich top on top of the vegetables. Wrap the sandwich in foil, and bake it in an oven that has been preheated to 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
