Easy No Bake Granola Bars

Most people like granola bars, we think of the bars that we purchase at the grocery store. But they are all so packed full of unwanted sugars. Here is a way to make easy no bake granola bars.

Here's what you need

1 cup of dry oatmeal

1/2 cup of dried dates that have been rehydrated put through the food processor

1/3 cup of honey

Now mix the ingredients together. It works best if you use your hands. The liquid from the dates and the honey will soften the oatmeal some. Once the mixture is mixed thoroughly, spread it into a square baking pan. Allow it to sit for a couple of hours. Then cut it into squares. And you have easy no bake granola bars. These granola bars have all natural sugars so it's far more healthy than the ones you get at the store.
