Mushroom Turkey Casserole

Yes, Thanksgiving will be here in just a couple of weeks. There will be friends, family, and of course left over turkey. Here's a handy mushroom turkey casserole that will give a healthy easy twist to left over turkey.

Here's What You Need
2 cups of chopped turkey pieces
2 cups of sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 bay leaves
1 tsp thyme
1 chicken flavored bouillon cube
3/4 cup of milk
Here's What You Need to Do
Saute your mushrooms celery carrots onions and parsley in the butter. Next add the items in a casserole dish, add the remaining items. Stir them together, and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
See it's easy and pretty healthy.
