Spicy Beef Rice Noodle Soup

Before we know it fall will be here, and we'll all be looking for cold weather food. And soup is always at the top of that list. So here's a twist on the normal beef noodle soup.

Here's What You Need

2 cans of beef stock
Japanese noodles
Dash of rice vinegar
2 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon coriander
2 Tablespoons fresh mint
2 Tablespoons chopped chili pepper
3 green onions
2 hardboiled eggs
2 cups of cubed beef

Here's What You Do

1, Brown your beef. Set the beef aside.
2. Next cook your noodles so that you have 2 cups of cooked noodles.
3. Heat your beef stock, add rice vinegar, honey coriander, fresh mint chili pepper, and green onions.
4. Once these are warm add your beef and noodles. Stir all of the items.
5. Now place the soup in a bowl. Take a hard boiled egg and cut it in half. Add it to the top of the soup.
