Kale Quinoa Salad

So once again I was raiding the refrigerator, couldn't really figure out what I wanted to eat. And I didn't want to run to the store. So I made a kale quinoa salad. It's simple, nutritious, and of course the ingredients may already be in house.

Here's What You Need

2 cups chopped fresh kale
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
2 radishes
cucumber slices
red peppers strips
1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon ginger salad dressing

Here's What You Do

Place your kale in a large bowl. Then place you quinoa in the center. Place the peppers and cucumbers around the edge. Place your sunflower seeds in the center. And then add your dressing.

Eat More Kale
